Where should I go for customer support?
Support, as well as warranty, is to be requested from the party where the product has been bought. In most cases for end users this will be the installer. Additionally, the installer will also know the personal situation and the installation of the customer, while xxter as a manufacturer does not. This means that in general the installer will always be the one best suited to help you.
For installers several product training courses are available, to allow them to best support their customers. If needed, installers can call on the xxter support department.
